Pets and Service Animals

Please mention in your reservation if you are bringing a service animal and inform us of its tasks.


Pets must be leashed at all times, house-trained, and not left unattended.


We will monitor compliance using cameras. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or immediate cancellation of your stay.


Unauthorized animals will be reported via cameras and hair left in the property. The respective cleaning fee will be charged double.mation that will interest site visitors. Quiet Hours

Our properties are located in residential areas, and we maintain communication with neighbors.


Misconduct includes loud behavior in common areas such as garages, entrances, balconies, rooftops, or courtyards.


For the first reported issue, we issue a warning and notify the booking platform. A second incident will lead to police involvement and immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

No Smoking or Drugs Inside Premises

Smoking, including marijuana, is prohibited to ensure a clean environment for all guests, including families, corporate travelers, and medical patients. With same-day check-ins and limited cleaning time, indoor smoke odors can delay cleaning and impact incoming guests, potentially leading to complaints or losses. Violations will result in immediate termination without refund.

Mandatory

Guests are required to purchase a $15 per-stay insurance policy, covering up to $300 for incidental or accidental damages. If an issue occurs, just let us know, send a photo, and we'll handle it at checkout.


Trip Insurance


We also offer optional $35 insurance that provides an automatic refund in case of last-minute changes or emergencies. Please note, we have a moderate cancellation policy: cancellations within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable.

What is RebornHost?


RebornHost specializes in Property Management and Vacation Rentals, with U.S. headquarters in Houston, TX. Our personal portfolio includes 25 Houston properties, and we manage over 100 properties for investors across Texas. With 4 years of experience, our team consists of 15 cleaners, 6 co-hosts, and 3 handymen, all dedicated to delivering exceptional service.



We have bases in Houston, Texas, and Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States; Säffle, Sweden, and Birmingham, UK, in Europe; and La Paz, Bolivia, in South America.

Why book on this site?

While all of our properties are listed on all major platforms over 10platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking, Furnished Finder. We pay commisions to all of them for the bookings we generate throught them. Therefore by booking directly with us we can assure you are paying 10-15% less than where we are listed.


Additional Discount: Are you a first responder, military personnel, police officer, firefighter, or over 65? Or are you a returning guest? Simply provide your full name, the date of your last booking, and valid verification. You may qualify for an additional 10% discount!

Do you offer mid-term stays?

While we primarily focus on short-term rental stays, we’re happy to accommodate stays of 1 to 6 months if booked in advance. All bookings must be made through the platform, and we do not hold reservations. Payment secures the booking, and the calendar remains open until then.

Can I host events at your property?

Hosting an event with unauthorized guests, loud music, or drinks is prohibited. We use outdoor cameras and indoor noise monitoring systems to document such incidents and may file a police report before proceeding with eviction. However, if you inform us about your event in advance and take the necessary precautions, we’re usually happy to accommodate. A refundable deposit of $250–$500 is typically required to cover extra cleaning time and trash disposal.

Can I have guests at your property?

All registered guests receive towels upon check-in. Adding a guest after check-in incurs a $30 fee to cover additional amenities. If you plan to have visitors, please inform your host with their full names and the total number of visitors. Unregistered visitors will be monitored via outdoor cameras and charged $30 per person.

What happens if I have an issue with my stay?

Our in-house cleaning and maintenance teams ensure we can address your requests within 24 hours. If scheduling an appointment is challenging, we’ll provide at least 2 hours' notice before arrival and notify you when the operator departs.



If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will provide a partial or full refund to address any inconvenience or unmet expectations.
